Presentation Title
Who truly deserves to be credited with discovering calculus: Newton, Gauss, or Leibniz?
Loading...
Description
Calculus is a very broad and integrative sub-topic of mathematics. Calculus has impacted many scientific and mathematical discoveries. Furthermore, the impact of Calculus is often seen in the educational sector. However, there are still many questions based around the discovery of Calculus. Many distinguished mathematicians have made contributions to the discovery of Calculus. However, who would be the true “Father of Calculus.” The title is often interchanged through 3 Mathematicians: Isaac Newton, Carl Friedrich Gauss, and Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. Their astonishing contributions would make Calculus an exquisite topic to study.
