Description

From the Photograph Collection. Photo of Shattuck Dining Hall in the 1960s. Color photo of east wall. Set for special meal because it had burgundy and blue table-toppers, and because President's table is set in east center. Microphone on stand (left on President's table). Grace was said at every meal, as well as campus announcements. Wall Cabinets are where dishes were kept and swinging white doors in and out of kitchen. Student monitors usually served tables.
