3D Animation Short Film

This presentation covers the creative research and process of making a 3-D animated short film. The presentation will cover each phase of an animation pipeline as they relate to the short film: Pre-production Phase of Animation - Storyboard, overall design of environment and visuals, idea generation; Production Phase- 3D Modeling, Texturing, Animation, and Rendering Process; and Post Production Phase Compositing, Color Correction, Final Output of Animation. The creative process along with the background of the story's creative origins will be explained. Various tools and routes the presenters took using the software Blender will also be explained as they relate to the creation of objects, effects, and scenes in the animated short film. The film is about a girl who goes through a series of psychological events in a changing environment. A clip of the film will be shown in the presentation
