Last night I meant to write and Victor and Chester come and stayed till 10:30 - Tonight, I had my paper ready to begin writing and lay and Victor come they have just left and its bed time so I'm really writing you a note and sending your papers back. You have asked our advice about going to business school - as you say its all a gamble anyway and if you think that is what you want to do I want you to do it. and so does Daddy. I had thought and heard that Miss Wylie's school was much ahead of Draughon's but I'm sure it is more expensive. They have promised OFFICE OF MOTOR VEHICLE COMMISSIONER STATE OF MISSISSIPPI HOWARD DYER COMMISSIONER JACKSON JOE B. KEITH ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER Write me more about it - How ong will you be in school etc. I hope Goldie decides to go if you do and I hope the man was sincere about getting you work to pay your board but I hope it is light work. You'd have two months to rest up from school and to get ready in and would have no expense during that time- Whatever you do don't let the folks there know that you're planning this and don't resign if you're re-elected for Bernice might be able to get the place if you waited that is if she doesnt get some- thing better- Aunt Allie came today she's fine and mighty happy to be here I'll have to go to bed now and write you the news later on in the week. Rest assured that whatever you decide to do it will be alright with both Daddy and me and if it is what you want that is what we want. Write me and I'll write you a letter in a day or so. Lots of love Mother burn this letter
